Welcome to Nexovia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits nexoviastore.com or places an order with us. Nexovia is operated by HAT commerce LLC ("Nexovia", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use Nexovia

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us accurate information when you place an order and to use the site only for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Personalized products

Most of our products are made to order using the names, dates, text and photos you provide. Please keep the following in mind:

You are the designer. We print your personalization exactly as you enter it. Please check spelling, dates, capital letters and photo choices carefully, and use the preview before adding the item to your cart. We are not able to correct errors that were in the details you submitted.
Previews are a guide. The on-screen preview shows layout and content. Colors, sizes and placement can vary slightly on the finished item because of screens, materials and printing methods.
Photo quality. Low-resolution, dark or heavily compressed photos may print blurry. We may contact you to ask for a better image, which can delay production.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. By uploading them, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights (for example copyrighted artwork, logos, brand names or someone's photo without permission). You give us permission to use your content only as needed to produce, ship and support your order.

We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any order containing content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, violent, infringes intellectual property, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, or limit quantities, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
If a product or price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Changes and cancellations

Because every item is made just for you, production starts quickly. You can cancel or change your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@nexoviastore.com with your order number. After that, your item may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. Shipping and delivery

Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on each product page and on our Shipping Info page. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, weather, customs or peak seasons. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Returns, refunds and damaged items

Personalized items cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or for errors in the details you entered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. 8. Our content and designs

All designs, artwork, illustrations, product photos, text and graphics on this site (excluding content you upload) belong to Nexovia or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos of your gift, suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to display and use them on our website, emails and social media, without payment to you. We may remove any review that is false, offensive or unrelated to the product.

10. Third-party services

We use trusted partners for things like payments, shipping, reviews and product personalization. Links to or tools from third parties are provided for convenience, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexovia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Indemnity

You agree to hold Nexovia harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from content you upload, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
